PAUSE TO BE PRESENT
You are invited to join me in my “12 DAY PAUSE TO BE PRESENT Accountability and Breathing Challenge" beginning Sunday, December 13th. We can all benefit from 10 minutes a day of mindful breathing and meditation, especially during the holidays. PAUSE and BE PRESENT with me.

WHAT?
A 12-day breathing challenge to calm your central nervous system and relax your senses for the long winter months indoors. I will post a new breathing exercise video daily on my website. The first video will post on Sunday.
WHY?
The holidays are coming! Why wouldn't you want to keep yourself accountable in physical, emotional, and mental health when you have a support group to lean on and cheer you on? You are not alone!
1. You MUST register in advance by filling out the form below because you will be placed in an accountability group.
2. Once accountability groups are formed, connect to challengers using the Private Facebook Group Jamie Rissman Fitness. If you are not a member of our private group, message me asap.
